What is the work like?
Spontan is one team across eight disciplines: digital products, AI and automation, institutional communications, brand, publications, multimedia, events and interactive experiences. Most people here work on more than one of them.
The projects are real and they ship — platforms for public institutions, campaigns that run in the field, software we build and then operate ourselves. Work is delivered to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 processes, which means clear scope, named responsibilities and a review before anything leaves the building.
We are a small internal team in Tirana working with clients and partners worldwide, so what you build is visible and the decisions are close to you.
